Outreach Committee & Advocacy Team

First, an Outreach Committee that would focus on efforts for CFC involvement in our community.  This would include identifying community needs and ministry opportunities in our area and the potential for creating or becoming involved in community events.  Second, we want to create an Advocacy Team.  The focus of the Advocacy Team will be helping individuals, couples, or families navigate challenging life circumstances.  This may include things like creating a budget and providing financial advice, helping with transportation to medical appointments, helping to network people with social services, helping those with physical limitations with normal chores, errands, etc.  If you have the heart and the availability to be involved in one of these committees, please contact the office or the pastors.  

Bread of Life Sunday – Food Pantry

Bring items to donate to the food bank anytime the church is open, there are carts or boxes at each entrance. If you would like to financially support the food bank, make your check out to the church, but indicate the gift on the check. The first Sunday of each month is designated as a special day to remember this mission.

Rummage Sale

The church runs rummage sales twice a year, you will be notified when they are accepting donations through emails, the webpage and announcements in church.
